The Triathlon Coaching Program aims to help tri students to remove the guesswork from training. All you need to do is follow the designed program, I will be there to train alongside you to observe and advice on technique corrections for swim, bike and run.
Having a proper training program will get you to your triathlon goals in the fastest and most efficient way.
Who should sign up?
Any one, even newbies who desires to complete a triathlon or intermediate who wants to complete an Ironman. I especially welcome those who target to go on podium.
What will the program cover?
I conduct weekly swim, bike and run session. You will be asked to join these training sessions so I can observe and coach your swim, bike and run technique. Program will include theory of such as periodisation, nutrition, race strategy, tri tips and tricks.
Base Phase
Generally training will start with base phase which is less intense and building on volume for a few months.
Build Phase
Followed by build phase which will include speed workouts to prepare for specific races for a few months.
Taper Phase
Then taper phase for a few weeks where athletes will peak before A races. Generally for an Ironman race students need 6-8 months of training and for half Ironmans 4-6 months. For sprints and Olympic Distance 3-4 months is sufficient.
